a unique work of art called Polage (TM) art. Created by
talented local artist Austine
Wood-Comarow, the Polage (TM) art
on our website features the mythological story of Apollo and Daphne.As the story goes, Daphne was transformed into a laurel tree to escape the piercing love that Apollo held for her. After her metamorphosis, Apollo's feelings did not diminish, and as a symbol of his undying love, he wore a laurel wreath in his hair.
