We ask that you pay for office services when rendered. This helps keep costs down for everyone by decreasing billing costs. We require payment for cosmetic procedures in advance. We accept payment by cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Debits cards and ATM.

For some tests, we use an independent lab and they will bill you separately. Payments should be made directly to them.
If You Are Covered By Insurance
We accept assignments from San Diego Foundation for Medical Care, Blue Cross Prudent Buyer Health Plan, CHAMPUS, Medicare, and many Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO). We will file all necessary forms for these plans. If you are covered under another insurance plan, we will provide you with all the information you need for filing your claim.
It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amounts, co-payments, or any other balance not paid by your insurance company.
