Yes, we see all patients by appointment. Call our office at (858) 292-7525 to schedule a time. We offer same day appointments.

When you come for follow-up visits, please let the receptionist know of any changes in your address, telephone number, insurance coverage, employment, health, and marital status. We will update our records accordingly in order to serve you better.

Our practice hours:

We see patients Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We have evening appointments on Mondays, and are open from 9:00 am to 11:30 am on Saturdays.

If you can't come at your schedule time...

We strive to see all patients at their appointed time. By arriving on time for your appointment, you will help us achieve this goal.

Notify us as soon as possible if you know you cannot keep your appointment. We request 24 hours notice of cancellation. Your courtesy will allow another patient the opportunity to see a doctor.

If you have questions after our appointment...

It is our custom to follow up with our new patients by phone after they are seen in the office. You are welcome to discuss any concerns about your visit with the nurse at that time.

If you have questions about medication, treatment, conditions, or test results, you may call the office at any time.

If you reach us after hours:

If you reach our answering service, be assured that we will return your call as soon as we arrive back in the office.

For urgent problems, call our office at any time of the day or night. Our answering service has the capability to schedule appointments for the next day in emergency cases.

Prescription Refill Policy:

Because of the medical-legal climate and our responsibility for your safety, prescriptions are not routinely refilled over the phone.
